Service Description

This Whole.istic wellness session helps you create a path forward in creating the nutrition, supplement + health profile your body needs to maximize your personal health journey. I gather the blood tests, health records + genetic info you have + help you build a food + supplements YES list that will help you create from an Empowered place with confidence. I can also help with food prep services if you're local to PHX. This is an online or phone appointment only. This session is 45 min of live time + I'll follow up with a digital food + supplements list.

Cancellation Policy

Of course, things come up! If you need to cancel more than 24 hours in advance, no fees. less than 24 hours in advance, $75 cancellation fee, same day, full session fee. Thank you for your understanding
